Project Introduction
In September 2021, the VEICHI 22W solar pump system was successfully installed on a farm in the province of Suez.
The challenge:
The problem of energy and water sources is one of the most important issues many countries are faced with. Around more than 30% agricultural pumps are not available to connect with grid electricity due to poor power facilities. And 50% farms cannot get well irrigated because of poor water conservancy infrastructure. Nowadays the cost of diesel is rapidly increasing,so the cost of maintenance on diesel generator pump system is very high. It is urgent and important to find a sustainable way for agricultural irrigation.
The solution
Solar powered water pump technology is a very good solution to agricultural irrigation. The system consists of 43kW solar array,22kW pump inverter and 22kw pump and provides 50 m³/h water for irrigation.

The result:

Under the condition of simultaneous power supply of solar and AC power supply, the priority of maximum utility using solar power generation, and automatically blocks or accesses the AC power supply as the supplement power supply. This function can improve the use efficiency of solar power generation and reduce the consumption of municipal electricity, thus reducing the electricity cost of farmers and ensuring the safe power supply during the busy farming season.
